Chief Technology Officer(CTO)

Role Overview

The Chief Technology Officer will lead the development of 1Account's technology architecture. This executive will oversee the infrastructure necessary to support a secure, reliable and scalable unified bill-payment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• ●Establish and execute the Company's technology roadmap.
• ●Direct frontend and backend engineering architecture.
• ●Oversee technical integration with approved banking, financial-data and payment-processing partners.
• ●Establish technical controls supporting security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• ●Lead infrastructure reliability, software quality and disaster recovery planning.
• ●Supervise engineering leadership and technical vendors.
• ●Evaluate AI capabilities that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• ●Guide the transition from prototype infrastructure toward production readiness.

Required Qualifications

• ●Senior engineering leadership experience in financial technology, banking or payment systems.
• ●Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs and secure software development.
• ●Demonstrated ability to build and scale technical teams.
• ●Experience with payment infrastructure, authentication and transaction integrity.
