Role Overview
The Engineering Lead will supervise the technical execution of 1Account's product roadmap. This position will translate engineering specifications into stable, secure and maintainable software.
Key Responsibilities
- ●Lead the development and review of application code.
- ●Coordinate frontend, backend and integration work.
- ●Establish coding standards and testing procedures.
- ●Maintain technical documentation.
- ●Support API integration with approved financial technology providers.
- ●Implement authentication, access controls and audit logging.
- ●Investigate production defects and performance bottlenecks.
- ●Support reliable application deployment.
Required Qualifications
- ●Extensive full-stack software engineering experience.
- ●Strong proficiency in modern web frameworks, databases and APIs.
- ●Knowledge of secure coding practices and software testing.
- ●Previous technical leadership experience preferred.
