Product Manager(PM)

Role Overview

The Product Manager will translate customer needs and company objectives into actionable product requirements. This role will help ensure that 1Account's features are intuitive, useful and commercially relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• ●Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap.
• ●Translate customer feedback into product requirements.
• ●Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• ●Coordinate feature releases with engineering.
• ●Evaluate the usability of bill management, payment selection and transaction-history features.
• ●Analyze user engagement and product adoption.
• ●Coordinate beta testing and feedback collection.
• ●Prioritize improvements using customer evidence and business impact.

Required Qualifications

• ●Experience managing software products.
• ●Strong analytical and user-experience judgment.
• ●Familiarity with agile product development.
• ●Experience with financial or consumer applications preferred.
